*IMPORTANT* PLEASE READ DISCLAIMER&CANCELLATION POLICY: By purchasing an Energy Healing/Reiki session or Reading with Healing Spirit Transformative Healing, I acknowledge that I have read, comprehended, and fully agreed with the following: Disclaimer - Energy Healing/Reiki treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment, and no medical claims are made regarding these treatments. People with health concerns and/or serious conditions should consult their doctor. It is important not to have expectations about the outcome of receiving Energy Healing/Reiki, healing will take place but it may happen in an unexpected way. I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki is a gentle energy technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.  I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial.  I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. I assume sole responsibility for my own health and for the results of any sessions provided by Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A that may affect my health in any way.  Energy Healing/Reiki sessions will not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. I will continue taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician and will continue to follow his/her instructions.  I release Katie Stanley of Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A and Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A from all legal liability during and after my participation in any Energy Healing/Reiki or Reading sessions. CANCELLATION: To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact us a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No refunds will be issued if your notice of cancellation is given less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
