Energy Healing is very effective for most all people but please be aware that I cannot guarantee the success of your session due to a number of factors including your susceptibility, the fact that it's possible for you to undo the Healing work yourself by lowering your vibrational frequency as well as the fact that the mindset can play a large role in both allowing and blocking Energy Healing. It is very unlikely that the Energy Healing Session will not at least have some effect, however, due to these and other factors it cannot be guaranteed. By proceeding with your payment, you are accepting the risk that there will be no refund issued in the very unlikely event that the Energy Healing Session is not as successful as you had hoped it to be. If you would like a refund before the Energy Healing Session or Reading Session has been performed, you do have the option to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time for a full refund. However, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment no refund shall be issued.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Our site is a secured site on this platform as well as any information you provide to us. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Energy Healing treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment, and no medical claims are made regarding these treatments. People with health concerns and/or serious conditions should consult their doctor. It is important not to have expectations about the outcome of receiving Energy Healing. Healing will take place but it may happen in an unexpected way.
I understand that Energy Healing is a gentle energy technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki/MQH practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki/MQH does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.
I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki/MQH can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial.
I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
I assume sole responsibility for my own health and for the results of any sessions provided by Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A that may affect my health in any way.
Energy Healing/Reiki/MQH sessions will not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. I will continue taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician and will continue to follow his/her instructions.
I release Katie Stanley of Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A and Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A from all legal liability during and after my participation in any Energy Healing/Reiki/MQH or Reading sessions.
