*IMPORTANT* PLEASE READ DISCLAIMER&CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATION: To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact us a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No refunds will be issued if your notice of cancellation is given less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. By purchasing or participating any service with Healing Spirit Transformative Healing, I acknowledge that I have read, comprehended, and fully agreed with the following: Disclaimer - Energy Healing/Reiki treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment, and no medical claims are made regarding these treatments. People with health concerns and/or serious conditions should consult their doctor. It is important not to have expectations about the outcome of receiving Energy Healing/Reiki, healing will take place but it may happen in an unexpected way. I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki is a gentle energy technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.  I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Energy Healing/Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial.  I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. I assume sole responsibility for my own health and for the results of any sessions provided by Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A that may affect my health in any way.  Energy Healing/Reiki sessions will not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. I will continue taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician and will continue to follow his/her instructions.  I release Katie Stanley of Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A and Healing Spirit Transformative Healing D/B/A from any and all legal liability during and after my participation in any service offered and/or provided by Healing Spirit Transformative Healing.
